AI Content System provides digital products and services, including 30-Day Social Media Content Calendars and optional AI Image add-ons.

No physical products are shipped.

## 2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once work on your order has begun or your digital product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds.

## 3. Order Issues

If you experience a technical problem receiving your order or believe your order was delivered incorrectly, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

## 4. Client Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information through the Client Form.

Delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect delivery times or the final content.

## 5. Changes and Revisions

If your delivered content contains an error caused by AI Content System or does not match the information you submitted, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide reasonable corrections.

This policy does not cover changes resulting from new requests or information provided after work has begun.
